I have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and food service industry. The one aspect of my job that I find most fulfilling is ensuring guests have the most enjoyable experience possible. Growing up in a large family meant get-togethers were almost a weekly event. I developed an early love for socializing over food and drink. When hosting a party, there is nothing more satisfying than to look around and notice your guests are happily chatting, sipping on cocktails, and relaxing. Our revamped horse trailer is a party on wheels! It comes fully stocked, depending on the package best suited to your event and style. It's less for you to worry about. Best of all, its a tangible way to express to your guests, your commitment to providing the best service and experience possible. I will meet with you in person or by phone, and we will customize your menu and additional options. Once we have a plan, law requires you to purchase the alcohol. Other than that, you're done. Nothing is too simple or too extravagant.
In my mind, one of the most important aspects of providing a memorable experience, is the professionalism of the staff. You can expect courteous, responsible service from the moment we pull in, to the moment we "ramble on".
